The two pages have been moved in the website’s structure from the Announcements menu item to the About Us menu item.  In addition, the Center Light Archive page has been streamlined so that the pdf versions can be accessed directly from that page, rather than having to go to an intermediate page.  

The Announcements page itself has been removed, since we are using blog posts like this for announcements.
