The Van Cortlandt Jewish Center is once again publishing its Book of Remembrance.  

The Book of Remembrance is available at Yom Kippur services and during the entire year in the Synagogue whenever Yizkor is recited.  This Book is a dignified memorial to our departed relatives and friends and we are sure that all of our members, affiliates, and neighbors will want to inscribe the names of their departed loved ones in this Book. 

The charge is $10 per individual name inscribed.  You may inscribe as many names as you wish. 

Also, you may purchase a display memorial at:

$300 for a full page        

$175 for a half page

$100 for a quarter page (with a 12 name limit)

You may arrange for your remembrance by filling in the forms that were mailed or going to the office directly. 

IMPORTANT –  the absolute deadline for submitting your form is TUESDAY, AUGUST 20
